When I was younger, I was absolutely obsessed with authors like Johanna Lindsey, Julie Garwood, Judith McNaught, and Jude Devereaux. These were my mother's favorite authors, and she passed them down to me. I was so enamored with those stories that I had to start writing my own. I always kept a spiral notebook with me and scribbled stories about a fictional far-off place called Durma...
